About Emily

Hi, I’m Emily, a Support Coordinator at Triangle Theory.

I’ve been working in the disability sector since 2017, and since 2021 I’ve been supporting participants as a Support Coordinator. I’ve had the chance to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and with different diagnoses, which has been incredibly rewarding and has shaped how I approach my work.

I’ve also been lucky enough to live in three different countries - being born in Papua New Guinea, growing up in Australia, and spending six years in Finland. These experiences have given me a broader perspective and appreciation for different cultures and communities.

I have a degree in Human Resource Management, which has helped guide my approach. I aim to be thoughtful, supportive, and empowering, and I really value building genuine, meaningful connections with the people I work with.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, getting creative with my sewing machine, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
