Hi, my name is Tess, and I am a Support Coordinator who is passionate about meaningful impact, clear communication, and helping people navigate the NDIS with confidence.

I began working in Support Coordination in 2022 after a relative introduced me to the role. I immediately recognised how many elements aligned with my previous work in property management — problem solving, communication, crisis response, and supporting people through complex situations. Once I entered the sector, it quickly became clear that this was the perfect fit for me.

I love having a meaningful impact on people’s lives and supporting individuals to reach their NDIS goals and outcomes.

I place a strong emphasis on building genuine connections with the people I support. Taking the time to understand each person helps me tailor my approach so it suits their preferences, communication style, and individual circumstances. Whether the situation is straightforward or highly complex, my focus is always on providing clear, practical, and person‑centred support that meets people where they are.
