Our Founder

Hi, I’m Aisling. I founded Triangle Theory with a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support for individuals and families navigating disability, health and developmental needs across a range of contexts.

I have worked in the disability sector since 2014, after completing a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a major in Disability and Developmental Education. My experience spans the early years of the NDIS through to today’s broader service landscape, including private and Medicare-funded supports. This background has shaped my approach to service delivery, grounded in evidence and centred on dignity, clarity and respect.

As Triangle Theory has grown, my focus has remained on building a skilled, values-driven team who provide consistent, responsive and collaborative support. We work with people of all ages, diagnoses and funding pathways, and are committed to offering services that are thoughtful, reliable and genuinely supportive.

I am grateful for the trust that individuals and families place in our organisation. If you are seeking professional, compassionate support, we would be privileged to work with you.
