About us:
Triangle Theory is a small, family-run practice based in Adelaide, built on connection, compassion, and meaningful support. At Triangle Theory, our approach is grounded in the Health Triangle model, emphasising the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and social well-being. We provide Occupational Therapy, Support Coordination, and Specialist Support Coordination across South Australia, with a strong focus on working with our clients, not just for them.

We are NDIS registered, and we provide services under the NDIS, Medicare and Private billing.
About the role:
In this role, the Occupational Therapist will provide purposeful work within a team that genuinely cares about both the people we support and each other.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans for children, teens or adults with disabilities or developmental delays
Delivering strengths-based, evidence-informed interventions that build everyday skills
Providing support in the places that matter most (e.g. homes, schools, childcare)
Collaborating with families, educators and professionals for holistic support
Empowering parents/caregivers to feel more confident, informed and supported
Maintaining clear, up-to-date clinical documentation.
What we're looking for:
A degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Valid WWCC, police clearance & Australian driver’s licence
Previous experience working in the disability field (2+ years preferred)
A positive mindset and great communication skills
The ability to balance autonomy with team connection
A genuine passion for learning and supporting clients.
